Lady Gaga may be dubbed a diva, but she rarely seems to exhibit diva behavior –as in bitchiness, rudeness, throwing jewel-encrusted cell phones and stomping on the little people- until this weekend, when a photographer took a photo of her this weekend as she was eating at Asia de Cuba in New York City with friends.

Gaga spotted another restaurant patron taking pictures of her from the other side of the room. Page Six reported that she became upset and asked the snapper to delete the photo immediately and to cease taking any further pictures of her. Sources say the unnamed shutterbug complied with the pop star’s request.
