Judge Marsha Revel appointed Dr. Kaushai Sharma to evaluate Lindsay and then make recommendations to the court. Dr. Sharma stated that in other cases appointed by Judge Revel his evaluation has resulted in the judge changing her sentencing for increased and reduced jail times.

Dr. Sharma will also make recommendations to the court regarding which inpatient rehab facility would be appropriate for Lindsay. She will enter inpatient rehab for 90-days after she concludes her 90-day jail sentence starting July 20th.

Dr. Sharma also noted he wasn’t sure when he would be interviewing Lindsay but said the evaluation would take several hours to a half a day.
