For the second time in less than a week, Britney Spears hid her lips from view as she ran errands in Calabasas. Is it possible the pop star plumped her lips with an injection that caused them to swell to embarrassing proportions?

It wouldn’t be the first time Britney (or half of Hollywood) has plumped her lips, so why hide? Could there have been an embarrassing bruise left from the needle?

And if she’s so ashamed of her lips, why not get an assistant to run out and grab her Starbucks?

Maybe Britney’s just sick of the paparazzi glaring at her!
