Lady Gaga was snapped in London today, and the eccentric pop superstar sported some Halloweenish makeup as she strolled down the street with her sister Natali, who is sporting a lovely shade of neon pink hair.

In other Gaga news, her performances in Paris at Bercy scheduled for Friday and Saturday have been postponed. Gaga’s peeps released the following statement on her website:

“Unfortunately, as there is no certainty that the trucks can make it to the Bercy for this weekend’s shows, the Lady Gaga performances are now postponed. Fans with tickets to the rescheduled shows must exchange their tickets or claim for refund from now through Nov. 14 at their point of purchase. Tickets dated Oct. 22 and 23 will not be valid at the new dates. Lady Gaga apologizes to her fans for any inconvenience.”
