Lindsay Lohan left the Betty Ford Center Saturday morning around 8:30 and headed back to Los Angeles!
Paparazzi watched as Lilo high-tailed it back to her apartment in West Hollywood. Lindsay’s trusty assistant Eleanor was by her side but there didn’t appear to be a sober coach from Betty Ford.
Could this be furlough? Or was Lindsay allowed to leave for work? She reportedly has a photo shoot with a major US magazine scheduled for this week. Maybe she’ll be in front of the lens tomorrow?

Lindsay Lohan didn’t get to spend the night at her West Hollywood apartment Saturday night, she and her assistant Eleanor headed back to the desert around 11:30 pm PT last night.
Apparently she was on a one-day furlough from Betty Ford, allowed to return to LA to retrieve some of her things. Girlfriend must have needed some clothes because a couple days ago she was wearing a Nike tank top with a cropped blazer and some old black jeans Friday –definitely NOT her usually style.
The actress (-singer) was ordered by a judge to stay at the Palm Desert rehab until January 3 because, as the judge said in his own words, he didn’t want her out partying on New Year’s Eve. Happy 2011, Linds!
